Emma's thoughts on Well Being:
I think our wellbeing is made up of lots of small actions that accumulate to create enhanced wellbeing. But to pick one.. a really great tool for me has been becoming more Aware. If we can bring awareness to our thoughts by noticing and observing them, rather than getting caught up in them, we can change our perspective and begin to manage our "Monkey Minds" with a little more peaceful ease. This will lead on to awareness in our emotions, words, and actions so we can be more in line for a happier life.

Steph's thoughts on Well Being:
The #1 thing I do for well being - besides yoga! Allowing myself time to slow down and just be. Honouring the days when I need to rest and not feeling guilty when I say "no" to others.

Matthew Wright

Matt is a Yogalap certified breathwork facilitator, he began his meditation journey in 2017 to help calm his active mind. He now helps other people to enter a state of deep relaxation to release tension, put aside whatever has been on their mind, and focus on feeling good.

Matt's thoughts on Well Being:
A consistent practise of qigong, pranayama, and meditation. These are the anchors for my life. It’s important, no matter how I’m feeling, to get some practise in every day, no matter how small. Once I’m done I’m always thankful to have shown up for myself.
