Our yoga offerings include Iyengar Style Yoga for improved flexibility, joint mobility, and stability; Vinyasa Yoga for a dynamic, breath-led flow that builds strength and mindfulness; and Hatha, a slow, restorative practice that encourages deep relaxation and self-awareness. Complementing these, our Mat Pilates sessions focus on core strength, posture, and functional movement, helping you feel grounded, strong, and energised both on and off the mat.
